The SmallHD 702 Director’s Monitor Kit pairs the rugged SmallHD 702 monitor with a NEBTEK Director’s Cage, giving a director or crew a dedicated viewing setup on set.
Monitor
The 702 carries a 450 cd/m², 1200×800 LED-backlit LCD with SDI and HDMI I/O, a customisable page-builder interface for switching between monitoring tool presets on the fly, and focus/exposure assist with LUT preview.
Cage
The NEBTEK cage uses an aluminium alloy bracket with jet-black anodising, a removable handle and stand that reveals additional 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting holes on all sides, and a soft handgrip. A V-Mount battery adapter powers both the monitor and accessories via D-Tap, with an included receiver extension kit (two L-brackets) for mounting Teradek, Flight or Paralynx receivers onto the battery plate.
