The Miller Air Alloy Tripod + Head is a lightweight travel system for both video and photo work outdoors, with a pan-and-tilt fluid head that holds constant drag across temperature ranges.
Build
Aluminium alloy legs adjust in two stages between a ground-hugging 23cm and a secure 1.6m, with a neoprene grip on the upper section for comfortable carrying once set up. Rubber feet retract to reveal spikes for soft ground.
Head
The fluid head offers two counterbalance positions and a 90° to -75° tilt range, with a 60mm sliding range on the included quick-release camera plate — fitted with 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting screws and a locating pin for safety. The system suits a 2-5kg payload, with a weatherproof padded carry case included.
