The DZOFilm Vespid2 T1.9 Prime kit brings six full-frame primes — 18, 24, 35, 50, 85 and 105mm — into a lightweight, consistently geared set built for fast lens changes on set.
Optics
Upgraded glass across the series keeps chromatic aberration and focus breathing to a minimum, with a fast T1.9 aperture for shallow depth of field in low light. Coverage extends across large-format sensors including VistaVision. Each lens weighs around 800g, light enough for gimbal, drone and handheld work.
Consistency and Metadata
Every lens shares an 80mm front diameter, 0.8 MOD cine-style focus and iris gears, and a smooth 300° focus rotation, so switching lenses mid-shoot needs no rig adjustment. Cooke /i metadata records focal length, aperture and focus distance in real time through mount contacts or LEMO connectors, suited to VFX and virtual production workflows. The ARRI PL mount gives broad compatibility across professional cine cameras.
