Mount and Coverage
This EF-mount set pairs natively with Canon EF cinema and DSLR bodies — the C300 Mark III, C500 Mark II, C400, EOS Cinema and DSLR range — with no adapter required, and adapts to Sony E-mount or Micro Four Thirds via a passive adapter. Image circle coverage of 31mm exceeds Super 35 (Alexa Open Gate full-height coverage).
Handling
Focus travels a deep 270°, with 0.8 MOD cine gearing on both iris and focus rings, spaced to allow simultaneous drive control even with two motors mounted on the same side of the lens.
