Mount and Coverage
This PL-mount set pairs natively with PL cinema bodies — ARRI Alexa, RED (Komodo/V-Raptor/Monstro/Gemini), Sony VENICE and Blackmagic URSA — with no adapter required. Image circle coverage of 31mm exceeds Super 35 (Alexa Open Gate full-height coverage), and the mount follows ARRI PL flange requirements, accommodating the rotating mirror shutter of 35mm motion picture film cameras.
Handling
Focus travels a deep 270°, with 0.8 MOD cine gearing on both iris and focus rings, spaced to allow simultaneous drive control even with two motors mounted on the same side of the lens.
