Description
The Manfrotto MH057A5 Virtual Reality and Panoramic Head lets a photographer take sequential, constant-angle shots around a single axis, in portrait or landscape, with the camera/lens nodal point aligned to the centre of rotation — avoiding the parallax errors that break panoramic stitching.
Build
Built around the included 300N panoramic unit, the head adds sliding horizontal and vertical plates with engraved index rules for accurate, repeatable nodal-point positioning. A quick-release elbow bracket switches to portrait orientation for extra vertical field of view.
Suited to most 35mm film and digital cameras with wide-angle or standard lenses.
