The Hollyland Solidcom M1 Full-Duplex Wireless Intercom System (8-Pack) is designed for reliable team communication during live events, productions, and large venues. It supports up to eight wireless beltpacks, each paired with a professional single-ear LEMO headset. Because the system is wireless and hands-free, teams can communicate efficiently while staying focused on their tasks. It’s suitable for film sets, conferences, concerts, exhibitions, and theatre environments.
Clear Full-Duplex Communication
The Solidcom M1 runs on the 1.9 GHz DECT spectrum, which helps avoid interference from Wi-Fi and other wireless devices. Unlike push-to-talk radios, this system offers full-duplex communication, so users can speak and listen at the same time. As a result, conversations feel natural and fast, especially during time-sensitive cues.
Additionally, noise-cancelling technology and a wide 200 Hz–7 kHz frequency range ensure voices remain clear, even in loud environments. Therefore, the system performs well in stadiums, festival grounds, or backstage areas where audio clarity is essential.
Long-Range, Stable Coverage
The base station includes a built-in panel antenna that provides long-range wireless communication. In open spaces, it reaches up to 1300 feet in front of the unit and up to 160 feet behind it. Furthermore, when you connect the included external antennas, you gain up to 985 feet of 360-degree coverage. This means teams can move freely across large event spaces without losing their signal.
Smart Features for Workflow
Each beltpack includes a sidetone function, allowing users to hear themselves while speaking. Because of this, it’s easier to confirm that audio levels and mic placement are correct. The 3.5 mm port also supports third-party headsets, providing more flexibility for different roles.
Grouping is simple as well. With a single tap, you can assign users to communication groups such as audio, lighting, staging, or camera. You can manage up to three independent groups from the base station, app, or web interface.
Expandable and Versatile
If you need more users, the system can expand. By cascading a second Solidcom M1, you can support up to 24 active headsets at once. In addition, the system includes multiple connection formats—2W XLR, 4W RJ45, PoE/LAN, and cascade—so it integrates smoothly with existing comms setups.
Ready Out of the Box
All beltpacks arrive paired to the system, so setup is quick. The units are lightweight at just 7 oz and feature a durable matte finish for extended use. The bright LCD makes adjustments simple, even in low-light environments such as backstage or control rooms.
Power Built for Long Events
Each beltpack includes two removable lithium-ion batteries, offering up to six hours of runtime per charge. Charging takes only 2.5 hours, which helps maintain workflow between event cycles. Meanwhile, the base station runs on PoE or NP-F batteries, giving crews flexible power options indoors or outdoors.
