The Angenieux EZ-2 Cinema Zoom Lens is a fast, lightweight 2.7x cinema zoom built around a Super-35 / Full-Frame switchable rear lens-group system — this listing covers the Full-Frame configuration (22-60mm, T3), fitted with PL mount.
This PL-mount configuration pairs natively with PL cinema camera bodies — ARRI Alexa, RED, Sony Venice, and Blackmagic URSA — with no adapter required.
The lens features 3 control rings — focus, iris and zoom — each with 0.8 MOD cine-pitch gear teeth for compatibility with follow focus units and lens control motors. It focuses down to 2ft and weighs only around 2.12kg.
The EZ-2 shares the same 114mm front diameter as the Angenieux OPTIMO lenses, allowing you to easily share matte boxes.
