The Angenieux EZ-2 Cinema Zoom Lens is a fast, lightweight 2.7x cinema zoom built around a Super-35 / Full-Frame switchable rear lens-group system — this listing covers the Full-Frame configuration (22-60mm, T3), fitted with EF mount.
This EF-mount configuration pairs natively with Canon EF cinema and DSLR bodies — the Canon C-series, EOS Cinema and DSLR bodies — with no adapter required, and adapts easily to Sony E-mount or Micro Four Thirds via a passive EF adapter if needed.
The lens features 3 control rings — focus, iris and zoom — each with 0.8 MOD cine-pitch gear teeth for compatibility with follow focus units and lens control motors. It focuses down to 2ft and weighs only around 2.12kg.
The EZ-2 shares the same 114mm front diameter as the Angenieux OPTIMO lenses, allowing you to easily share matte boxes.
