The Canon MP-E 65mm f/2.8 1-5x Macro is a manual-focus lens built exclusively for extreme macro work, magnifying subjects from life-size (1x) up to 5x — at maximum magnification, a grain of rice fills a full 35mm frame.
Compatible with the Macro Ring Lite and Macro Twin Lite, it removes the need for bellows accessories many macro shooters otherwise rely on. A floating optical system preserves image quality across the focusing range, with a UD-glass element for controlled colour and contrast.
