The ARRI/Fujinon Alura 45-250mm Studio Zoom is a long PL-mount lens covering Super 35 sensors and beyond, with a fast, constant T2.6 aperture across its full telephoto range and colour matched to ARRI’s wider Alura line, including the 15.5-47mm.
Optics
High resolution and contrast hold across the zoom range, with a multi-layer coating controlling flare, veiling and chromatic aberration, and minimal breathing while focusing. A nine-blade iris gives rounded, natural bokeh.
Handling
Focus, zoom and iris gears use the industry-standard 0.8 MOD pitch, working with follow-focus units and wireless FIZ controls. Large focus scales sit on both sides of the barrel for easier pulling.
