The Zoom H5 is a portable handheld recorder with an interchangeable microphone system, shipping with an X/Y capsule and compatible with the full H6 module line, including the shotgun mic and XLR/TRS input modules. Fresh 4-packs of AA batteries can be added to the hire.
Built to many of the same specs as the H6: matching signal-to-noise ratio and maximum gain, a headphone output for monitoring, a stereo line output for feeding a camera, and support for +4dB input.
