The Westcott Scrim Jim Cine Kit (4×4′, 1.2×1.2m) covers bouncing and diffusing light in one modular kit — an aluminium frame with positive-locking connectors breaks down quickly, with a 3/4-stop diffusion panel and a reversible white/silver bounce fabric.
Fabrics
The 3/4-stop diffuser softens ambient or studio light without shifting colour temperature, keeping skin tones natural — useful overhead to soften harsh sun, or in front of a key light for broad diffusion. The reversible bounce fabric gives cool, bright specular highlights on its silver side, or soft, natural highlights on white.
Frame and Case
1168mm frame tubes with heavy-duty hook-and-loop tape hold fabrics for flags, diffusion panels, book lights or v-flats, with a 3/8″-16 threaded mount for stand attachment. A dedicated carry case with padded handles and heavy-duty zippers holds the full kit.
