The Matthews PRO Car Mount System attaches cameras securely to a moving vehicle’s exterior, built around Wood’s Power-Grip industrial suction cups for a strong, reliable hold.

How It Works

A thumb-operated plunger pulls air from beneath each cup, creating a tight vacuum seal. A red safety line on the plunger shows seal status — hidden means a firm seal, visible means the vacuum has leaked and the mount needs re-checking. A built-in check valve allows re-plunging without losing existing vacuum, and pulling the edge tab releases the seal for removal.

Kit

A 6″ cup with a threaded stud carries the ball head camera mount (with dovetail plate), levelling easily on angled surfaces like windows and body panels, supporting up to 11.8kg — the full MASTER Mount configuration extends to 18kg. The kit also includes a second 6″ cup, a 4.5″ cup, two Micro Grip heads, two Mini Grip heads, an 8″ and two 20″ Micro Grip rods, a hot shoe adapter, carry bag and instruction video.
