Canon EOS RP Mirrorless Camera

$100

Canon EOS RP — lightweight 26.2MP full-frame mirrorless camera, smaller and lighter than the EOS R.

Description

The Canon EOS RP is a lightweight full-frame mirrorless camera with a 26.2MP sensor on Canon’s RF mount — smaller and lighter than the EOS R, with an EF-EOS R adapter included for existing EF/EF-S glass.

Sensor and Autofocus

A native ISO range of 100-40,000 and continuous shooting up to 5fps come from the full-frame CMOS sensor, with Dual Pixel CMOS AF giving 4779 selectable points for fast, accurate focus in stills, video and live view.

Video and Build

UHD 4K recording reaches 30fps, internally at 4:2:0 8-bit or 4:2:2 8-bit via HDMI out. The RF mount’s 12-pin electronic contact system speeds up metadata transfer for better autofocus, stabilisation and lens aberration compensation. A single SD slot and LP-E17 battery round out a compact, travel-friendly body.
