Description
The Aputure STORM 400x is a compact, tunable-white LED monolight for film, TV and commercial work, with a full-spectrum BLAIR chipset covering 2500-10,000K.
Output and Colour
With the included 35° reflector, 5600K output reaches 64,600 lux at 1m. Blue, lime, amber, indigo and red LEDs give 95 CRI/TLCI and an 87 SSI score at 3200K and 5600K, with green-magenta adjustment for precise white balance matching across fixtures.
Control and Power
Stepless 0.1-100% dimming stays flicker-free at every level, suited to high-frame-rate work. DMX, LumenRadio CRMX, Art-Net/sACN and Bluetooth (Sidus Link/Sidus Link Pro) cover control options. Runs on AC via the controller or a V-Mount battery on location.
Build and Kit
IP65-rated for dust and weather resistance, with a Bowens S-mount for a wide range of modifiers. Kit includes the STORM 400x head, control box, lighting clamp, 35° Hyper Reflector, 3m head cable, 6m AC cable, Bowens mount cover and soft carry case, with a 1-year warranty (extendable to 2 on registration).
