The Aputure Light Dome Mini III has a fold-able quick release mechanism. This results in faster set-up time. The Light Dome is a 16-sided, 58cm point source-softening circular softbox. It brings professional, portrait-ready light to any shoot in seconds. The parabolic Light Dome III is fortified by 16 durable steel support rods. These now snap into place with the downward press of its Bowens Mount bracket. This saves valuable time on set.
The Light Dome III’s shape gives uniform light output distribution for soft, even light on any subject. The modifier features a silver interior to maximise the light source’s output. Finally it comes with an inner diffuser, 1.5-stop and 2.5-stop front diffuser. In addition,a 40° fabric grid for further light-shaping capabilities.
