1. Bookings / Client Liaison (full-time)

The right candidate:
The right candidate for this role will have an interest and knowledge of the photography and cinematography industry and related equipment.
You will work well within a team, with the ability to take responsibility and work autonomously.
Excellent communication and attention in detail is key.
Experience working in a similar client service role is beneficial.
Managing bookings from client communications, over phone, in person, and on email.
End to end management of a clients enquiry including but not limited to, equipment availability, courier booking, payments and follow up.
Strong computer skills essential and some technical skill preferred.
Full training provided to ensure your confidence within the role.
2. Equipment Preparation Technician (full-time)
Applicants with an acute attention to detail, an in-depth technical knowledge of photographic, video and audio equipment and a drive for excellence will be considered.
Preference will be given to those familiar with Arri, Red, Canon and Sony motion equipment.
