The Tiffen 4×5.65″ ND 2.1 is a solid neutral density filter giving a 7-stop exposure reduction, darkening the full frame to allow a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than the scene would otherwise permit — useful for depth-of-field control and conveying movement.
Built with ColorCore technology — the filter substrate laminated between two pieces of optical glass and ground flat to 1/10,000th of an inch — the filter doesn’t affect image colour, making it safe to pair with other filters.
